The Di Salvo Transfer company agrees the rates directly with the customer at the time of booking.

Other types of bulky equipment, excluded from the classic suitcases, must be declared at the time of booking, in order to make the journey comfortable and safe.

Customers are required to declare, at the time of booking, the presence of animals in order to take all useful measures, both for four-legged friends and to avoid infringements of current regulations.

The cars are covered by insurance for themselves and for the passengers, in compliance with the municipal traffic permits for preferential lanes, restricted traffic areas, historic centres, pedestrian areas, etc.

The customer is obliged to report to us, as soon as possible, any problems deriving from disservices or shortcomings directly attributable to our work.
 

These transport conditions and all the services connected to them comply with the laws in force which regulate the sale of services in Italy. This guarantees and protects the passenger and his luggage.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF THE RESERVATION

The customer has the right to cancel the reservation by sending an e-mail to info@disalvotransfer.com 
The cancellation of the reservation, without penalty, is accepted within 24 hours before the service to be performed.

Cancellations received within 12 hours of the start of the service will be subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the cost of the service.

Cancellations not received will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the amount of the service.

SUPPLEMENTS

Night rate from 23.00 to 7.00 is increased by € 30.00 compared to the standard rate.

Each hour of waiting includes a supplement of € 30.00.

In case of flight delay or baggage loss, after waiting more than 1 hour after landing, a €30 supplement will be applied.
